Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• GST Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and compliance with all applicable GST laws and regulations.
• Tally ERP (or Tally Prime) for financial management and accounting tasks.
• TDS Return File :Prepare quarterly and annual TDS returns (Form 26Q, Form 27Q, etc.) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Voucher Entry: Proficiency in recording different types of vouchers, such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Bank Reconciliation: Skills in reconciling bank statements with Tally records.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns as necessary.
• Audit Support: Assisting with internal or external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Month-End Closing: Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and reconciled
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA designation is preferred. And M.Com, CA qualified
• Experience: Maximum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.
