Job Description
Our finance team is growing, and we are looking for finance professional who will support Finance Head in day-to-day financial and accounting activities. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating financial records and ensuring they are compliant with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Responsible for day-to-day, monthly and quarterly accounting activities such as accounting records, financial transactions, statements, etc. and ensure accuracy in overall financial records.
Perform regular financial transactions such as preparing invoices and processing expense reports and assist different stakeholders in various financial commitments.
Support in accounting transactions of the company and ensure the books of accounts are accurately recorded in compliance with Indian laws and company policies
Work closely with HR and accounting teams for payroll activities.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for TDS, PF, ESI, GST etc.
Support in preparing financial statements.
Your background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting.
Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification professional experience in IT Industry.
Advance level of expertise in Microsoft Excel processing or spreadsheet.
Experience using accounting software including tally.
Knowledge of TDS and GST return filling.
Sound understanding of Indian Financial and Accounting procedures.
Understanding of basic forex transactions.
Excellent written and oral communication and attention to details.
