1) Data Entry on Daily Basis for All Routine Transactions
2) Handling Forex Transactions
3) Routine Bank Follow ups
Responsibilities and Duties
Following will be the Responsibilities & Duties:
1) Handling Day to Day Accounting Entries of the Company
2) Managing Debtors & Creditors of the Company
3) Handling Banking Transactions related to Forex
4) Day to Day Banking Payments & Receipts Follow up
5) Checking Bank Charges and highlighting the Differences
6) Preparing Stock Statements & Reporting Outstanding Debtors to Management from Time to Time.
7) Regular Bank Reconciliations
8) Preparing GST Returns
+) Any other Accounting and Taxation work
Key Skills
Fluent in Written & Oral English
Required Experience and Qualifications
1) Female Candidate Only
2) Graduate & Post Graduate Candidates only
3) Experience of Minimum 3 years in Accounting & Taxation
4) Experience in any Export - Import Company preferable
5) Knowledge of GST & Income Tax Laws
