REQUIREMENTS

PREFERRED
• Ability to manage and implement all aspects of a project from start to finish, both in design and technical aspects including systems coordination, costing, and construction administration.
• Ability to act as direct client contact and lead all aspects of project communication including with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Interest in learning and contributing to other disciplines practiced within 64

North including landscape design, construction project management, product design, branding, and web design.
• Expertise and interest in the building code, the process of permitting, and how buildings are constructed.
• Be a licensed architect or actively working toward licensure.
BACKGROUND
• Professional degree in Architecture and 3‑10 years of work experience in the A&E industry.
• Proficiency in Rhino, VRay, Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign.
