Singh Law Chambers LLP is looking to hire Associates/Junior Associates to join their team. The firm, established in 2006 by Managing Partner Mr. Ajay Singh, is a full-service law firm based in New Delhi, India with associate offices across the country. Singh Law Chambers LLP specializes in providing legal advice and services to domestic, international clients, and multinational corporations in various areas including intellectual property rights, corporate advisory, risk management, compliance, conflict resolution, civil law, criminal law, constitution law, cyber law, white-collar crimes, and Alternate Dispute Resolution.
The job posts are open for 2 (Two) vacancies. The ideal candidate must be a law graduate with a minimum PQE of 1-2 years in civil litigation/section 138 NI matters/experience at Lok Adalat/recovery etc. Candidates should also be proficient in conducting research using national and international research portals such as Manupatra, SCC, Webster, Jstore, etc. Additionally, candidates should have experience in handling corporate matters and be willing to travel for outstation matters. Proficiency in English & Hindi, punctuality, focus, commitment, and immediate availability to join are preferred qualities in candidates.
The responsibilities of the Associates/Junior Associates include conducting extensive legal research, legal drafting for Civil matters, Section 138 NI matters, Lok Adalat cases, attending Court proceedings, preparation of Court documents, assisting in Court filings, writing reports, and any other responsibilities as needed.
