• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Previous experience (8+ years) in a support role, client-facing or research-oriented roles are a plus.
• Strong research and analytical skills. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
• Eagerness to learn about government processes, technology trends, and digital transformation initiatives.
