Job Description:
• Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls related to Admissions
• Providing Information and Assistance to Students
• Resolving Customer Complaints and Concerns
• Handling Fees collection and Processing Payments related to Admission
• Calling for Admissions
• Maintaining Accurate Records

Skills Required :
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with using computers and inputting data quickly and accurately
