Main responsibilities
• Sending MIS to managemnt and sales team by weekly basis.
• Sending Sales Dashboard details to sales head, commercial head by weekly basis.
• Sending Sales reversal details to respective business developers on every month sales closing.
• Sending LAB TAT & Transit TAT to commercial head on monthly basis.
• Maintaining sales data, Sample registration data by region 'wise, business developer 'wise, City 'wise.
• Creating New customers account in LIMS
• Renewal the enrolment forms/Franchise MOU/Direct Client MOU.
• Preparing Franchise MOU and Direct Client MOU for new customers.
• Update the test prices at customer masters.
• Maintaining Customer Masters in LIMS as well as Excel.
• Sending dashboard details of Enrolment/sales to management on monthly basis
