• Role: Junior Executive - HR
• Experience: 2+ years
• Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR activities from recruitment to exit, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints and grievances.
• Provide HR support to employees, including answering questions, providing training, and resolving issues.
• Track and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting and IT background.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
