1. Monthly Bookkeeping and Accounting 2. Auditor Appointment & Filing of Form ADT - 01 3. Dedicated Experienced Qualified Support Person 4. Online Dashboard/access to records and database for Receivables/Payables management etc. through cloud access vin login 5. Preparation & Filing of Extract of Annual Returns & Financial Statements 6. Preparation & Filing of Annual Returns Form AOC 04 7. Preparation & Filing of Annual Returns Form MGT 07 8. Preparation & Filing of Notice, Agenda and Certified copy of Minutes of Board Meetings & Minutes of Annual General Meeting +. Preparation & Piling of Income Tax Returns (Company) 10. Preparation of Share Certificates (For All Share Holders) and transfers clo. 11. Preparation & Filing of Mandatory Registers as per various Acts 12. Preparation & Filing of MPB-01 (Disclosure of Interest by Directors). (If Required) 13. Preparation & Filing of DIR - 08 (Disclosure of Non-Disqualification by Directors) 14. All Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Mandatory Compliances including Director KYC and DSC 15. Any Statutory & Secretarial Compliance Support by Chartered Accountants & Company Secretary 16. Vendor/Employee Contracts/agreements vetting and drafting per month 17. Preparation & Filing of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Director's Report 18. 18, GST and TDS monthly filings and ITC reconciliations 1+. BST, PF, Professional Tax compliance and Filings along with Payroll Processing 20. Complete Accounts and Tax Consulting Support 21. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH WRITTEN & SPOKEN • Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday • Experience: - total work: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
