WHAT’S AHEAD OF YOU? YOU WILL: • Support GL accounting activities • Assist with posting and processing journal entries to ensure all financial transactions are recorded • Assist with account reconciliations • Assist in preparing financial statements for reporting purposes • Assist in period-end close activities in a timely and accurate manner in line with fiscal close calendar • Raise any issues or queries exceeding your expertise and experience with senior members of the team • Ensure GL accounting team compliance • Cooperate with other teams – mainly P2P, O2C and Master Data • Take active part in the ERP system change planned for next year WHAT YOU BRING: • Intermediate English language skills • Working MS Excel skills with a proven aptitude to interpret financial data • Basic understanding and enforcement of finance business processes, accounting policies, and statutory accounting principles to ensure compliant SSC operations • Basic knowledge of core finance systems, ERP and related specialty functional systems, frameworks, and functionality • Basic understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and methods e.g., accrual, obligation, and cost methods • Proactive approach WHAT WE HAVE FOR YOU: • An exciting company — we work with some of the most innovative brands in the world, and our employees are true professionals with unique skills. • A great team of people who are fair, open-minded, and friendly — and always ready to support you as much as possible. • International, English-speaking environment and pleasant offices in the center of Brno or remote cooperation. • Semiflexible working hours. • Interesting challenges, trainings, and other internal opportunities to support your growth. • Fair compensation, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
