More than just design, it's brand building. One day you'll be designing our latest eDM. The next, building digital ads or point-of-sale that brings our product stories to life in-store. What You'll Do

Design weekly digital assets for our Retail and Outlet stores, Ecommerce, and Paid Media campaigns.
Create beautiful, effective email marketing from layout to build, you'll own it.
Contribute to content creation across social and digital, including static, motion, and video.
Support UX/UI design updates that enhance the online experience and drive conversion.
Work closely with the wider marketing team to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.
Collaborate and contribute to a creative culture that's open, bold, and always learning.
What You'll Bring

2-3 years of digital design experience (agency, retail or in-house).
Adobe Creative Suite fluency, FIgma and know your way around the tools of the trade.
Strong experience CRM design you can design and build directly in-platform.
A natural understanding of brand, tone, and customer-first thinking.
Ability to juggle projects in a fast-moving environment, without compromising the craft.
Bonus points for video editing or motion graphics skills (but not essential).
You've got an eye for design, a feel for what's next, and a knack for making brands part of the cultural conversation.
