Are you an energetic, fun-loving individual with a passion for working with children? Do you have a bright, bubbly personality that can light up a room? We are looking for a Junior Gym Instructor to join our dynamic team and bring joy, excitement, and fitness to young children and their families!
Key Responsibilities
Lead engaging and creative sessions for children in a safe and supportive environment.
Encourage children to develop motor skills, coordination, and confidence through playful activities.
Build strong relationships with both children and their parents, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed and the gym space is clean and organized.
What We're Looking For
A warm, approachable, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for working with children.
Excellent communication skills, both with children and adults.
Previous experience working with children (e.g., teaching, childcare, or early education) is an advantage, but not essential.
A proactive and reliable team player with a can-do attitude.
Qualifications
Working with Children Check
National Police Check
Current First Aid Certificate
Child Safe Environment or RRHAN equivalent
