Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening, interview coordination, and employee onboarding.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records and databases, perform benefits administration, and manage employee files.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to organizing employee engagement activities and support HR managers in administrative tasks and projects.
- Payroll and Time Management: Work with payroll teams to ensure accurate setup for new hires and ongoing changes to payroll or benefits.
- Data Management: Maintain employee databases, track attendance, and perform data entry tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Organizational and Time Management: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- HR Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and HR software.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and potentially SAP systems.
