Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process: Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company.
Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit through effective phone screenings and in-person interviews.
Job Postings: Create engaging job descriptions and post them on various job boards, social media platforms, and our company website to attract potential candidates.
Employer Branding: Develop strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent, including promoting our company culture, values, and employee benefits.
Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment data, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of candidates, to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment and onboarding process.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related functions. Experience in IT/software industry recruitment is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and attention to detail skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure accuracy in candidate assessment and documentation.
Cultural Fit: Understanding of company culture and the ability to assess candidates' alignment with our values and work environment.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals.
Technology Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms for sourcing and candidate management.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
