Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support day-to-day human resource operations at our corporate office. The role requires a candidate with at least 1 year of HR work experience, a Master’s degree in Human Resources, and exposure to core HR functions beyond recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Support
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities (screening, interviews, offer follow-ups).
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
2. HR Operations & Documentation
• Assist in employee onboarding and exit processes.
• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records (digital and physical).
• Support issuance of letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, HR letters).
3. Attendance, Leave & HRMIS
• Support attendance and leave management.
• Update HR MIS, trackers, and reports accurately and regularly.
4. Employee Engagement & Coordination
• Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Act as a point of coordination between employees and management for HR-related queries.
5. Compliance & Policy Support
• Assist in implementing HR policies and internal SOPs.
• Support statutory and compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, labor records) under guidance.
Qualification & Experience
• Education: Master’s Degree in Human Resources.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR experience (exposure beyond recruitment is mandatory).
• Skills:
• Basic understanding of HR operations & employee lifecycle
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Word
• Good written and verbal communication
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
