Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The Junior HRBP will be responsible for managing various human resources functions, including implementing HR policies, supporting employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Other tasks include assisting with performance management, fostering a positive work culture, and providing HR support to various teams within the organization.
Qualifications

• Experience in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Laws and compliance practices
