About The Role:
Inside Sales Representatives develop, maintain, and implement long-term business partnerships with customers. This includes following up on customers who have shown an interest in doing business with the Company, providing and following up on quotes, taking care of any service issues, call campaigns and understanding the customers’ specialty areas in order to provide value.

The ISR promotes the use of and consultatively sells ARxIUM products to new and existing customers. Additionally, they will promote and deliver targeted programs and provide solutions in order to expand and retain existing business. The ISR also prospects for new business and deliver presentations, proposals and finalize deals as it relates to new business and strategic accounts in coordination with the Client Solutions in order to contribute to increased profitable revenues and technology sales goals.

This role is based in Winnipeg, MB.

What You'll Be doing:
Initiates proactive calls to established customers in order to grow sales revenue and develop customer loyalty.
Conducts pre-call research and planning to set goals for the call and to anticipate customer needs.
Initiates proactive calls to recruit customers who have shown an interest in doing business with the Company.
Generates professional quotes and inquires on all quotes for which orders were not placed to use reasons to develop competitive information by market segment.
Generates and analyzes reports to identify customer trends in order to either take advantage of the trend or minimize the impact of the trend.
Follow company’s sales process and executes consultative sales strategies based on existing customer’s business needs in order to achieve established business objectives.
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to support corporate goals.
Appropriately logs and forecasts all territory sales activities in CRM as required.
Works directly with Client Solutions team to execute new business sales strategies, expansion and maintenance sales strategies, and using company products to address customer specific needs.
Demonstrates initiative in their own professional development such as keeping abreast of the industry and its changes through the use of industry information and company literature.
Sales efforts will include calling on and presenting to pharmacy and health system executives (C-Suite), managers, operations staff, individual pharmacy owners, and at times pharmacy customer base such as nursing home administrators, nursing staff, and corrections officers.
Participates in required sales training that will allow the ARxIUM sales force to continually maintain a consultative sales approach with all customers.
Delivers professional presentations to existing and new customers
Participates in weekly sales meetings.
Facilitate the internal hand-off of new contracts/new projects from Client Solutions to Project Manager and Implementation.
Represents ARxIUM at company and regional trade shows.
Must be willing to work extended hours, as needed, in order to meet sales objectives.
May require up to 25% travel to events such as customer meetings, conferences, national and regional sales meetings.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Who We're Looking For:
This position requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year associate's degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Requires five (5+) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
Successful record with sales experience.
Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail.
Ability to negotiate effectively with current and prospective customers.
Strong customer service skills.
Working knowledge of strategic and consultative selling techniques, and related information.
Ability to interpret industry trends and competitive information and develop strategies and tactics to respond to changes in the marketplace.
Track record of driving results in pharmacy automation/capital equipment sales a plus. Must be familiar with capital equipment budgeting, purchasing, and leasing processes.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Strong understanding of project-based complex solutions selling.
Strong creativity skills; focused and disciplined.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Computer skills: ERP system, Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Office, Outlook, Visio, Excel, Project) SharePoint.
Ability to travel as needed.
Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with both customers and other internal associates.
Excellent oral communication skills to present information and solutions in a professional manner.
Good analytical skills sufficient to prepare quotes and to identify and resolve customer problems.
Basic to intermediate computer skills to proficiently use a windows-based system and to accurately input data.
