• Work with the interior design team to develop design solutions.
• Hands-on experience with drafting, designing, and making BOQs and mood boards.
• Confident and passionate about interior designing.
• Research concepts and materials to support the design team on technical issues influencing concept development.
• Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
• To prepare and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards, and other documents relating to the design.
• Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
• Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion.
• Able to deal with the management of junior & intermediate designers on the team.
