Job Description
Preparation of design materials like sketch designs, rendered plans, and illustrative material for submissions.
- Creation of 3D models using SketchUp and Lumion to support landscape submissions.
- Development of technical design packages from Schematic Design to Tender using CAD & Revit.
- Generation of 2D & 3D Technical Details, Sections, and Elevations in CAD & Revit.
- Participation in QA/QC procedures for Landscape Projects as per company protocols.
- Compilation of Design Stage Reports utilizing InDesign.
- Crafting presentation materials for Client Meetings, Workshops, and Presentations employing InDesign.
- Active involvement in Client and Consultant Meetings both in-person and via MS Teams.
- Collaborating with other disciplines like Engineers, Architects, and Interior Designers.
- Designing maintenance plans for completed sites.
- Engaging in company trainings such as BIM.
