Job Description
A law degree with at least 1 year of work experience in India in relation to legal aid and laws and rights relating to copyright infringement.
- An advanced qualification in law or relevant social sciences is desirable but not essential.
- Follow up on the existing pool of unpaid accounts and proceed with legal action.
- Assist in various litigation and Non-litigation matters, and issue notices for copyright infringements on various platforms.
- Coordination with the legal counsel in filing infringement cases with concerned authorities or courts.
- Attending to Company's litigation, dispute resolution, and non - litigation matters Protection of Intellectual Property, and advising the Company on issues relating to Copyright.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.
