Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Lawyer located in Faridabad.
The Junior Lawyer will assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and supporting senior lawyers with case preparations.
Responsibilities include providing legal opinions, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing client communications, and drafting agreements.
The role also involves attending court hearings, liaising with regulatory authorities, and keeping updated on legal developments relevant to practice areas.
Moreso the junior will have to come to office 6-8 in the evening.
Qualifications
Strong legal research, analysis, and interpretation skills
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal agreements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and legal documentation
Ability to collaborate with teams and work under deadlines
Proficiency in legal software and case management tools
LL.B. degree from a recognized university; Prior internships or experience in relevant practice areas preferred
