About the Role
We are seeking a tech-savvy Junior Marketing Coordinator who understands AI tools and modern digital marketing. This role supports SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, and social media execution using AI-powered platforms.
This is ideal for someone early in their career who is hands-on, data-driven, and excited about renewable energy and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1️ SEO & Content Optimisation
Assist in keyword research using AI tools (ChatGPT, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, etc.)
Optimise website pages for on-page SEO
Support blog writing and AI-assisted content generation
Track rankings and prepare monthly SEO reports
2️ SEM & Paid Advertising
Assist in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign setup
Monitor CPC, CTR, conversion metrics
Use AI tools to test ad variations and improve performance
Support landing page optimisation
3️ Social Media Marketing
Create content calendars
Use AI tools to generate captions, hooks, and scripts
Schedule posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
Assist in short-form video strategy (Reels / Shorts)
4️ Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs (leads, ROAS, engagement)
Use Google Analytics & Meta insights
Prepare weekly performance dashboards
Required Skills
Basic understanding of SEO & Google Ads
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, etc.)
Familiar with social media platforms
Good copywriting skills
Strong analytical mindset
Detail-oriented and organised
Bonus Skills (Preferred)
Experience in renewable energy or technical industries
HubSpot experience
Basic video editing skills
Experience running small ad budge
Pay will be based upon experience, skills and interview evaluation
Workweek : Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM – 2:30PM

Remote Work Necessitates the following:
Possess a functional Laptop/Desktop to work
A strong internet connection and a reliable power back up to prevent work disruptions.
