Marketing Graduate

We are seeking a Marketing Graduate who is eager to develop and learn in the field of marketing. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with foundational marketing knowledge who is looking to embark on a professional journey in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
• Support the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
• Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with brand managers to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
• Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts.
• Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
• Analyse questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
• Update social media accounts with standardised content.
• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms.
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
