Trans MR Consulting is a customer experience information and insights partner for multi-location businesses. By providing a 360 view of the client's customers' on-site experience, our unique suite of products and services identify the actions required at the store level to increase customer loyalty and improve financial performance. We help our clients in measuring and managing the in-store experience.
Trans MR uses the mystery shopping tool for measuring the customer experience objectively and accurately. Our mystery shoppers anonymously evaluate customer service, operations, employee integrity, merchandising, product quality, etc. for our clients.
About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage mystery shopping assignments
2. Schedule mystery shoppers through phone/mail for audits across India
3. Edit the mystery audit reports for quality
4. Work on analysis and presentation of data
5. Help understand key trends across outlets
6. Help simplify complex data & make it meaningful
7. Help understand what customers want and what they expect
8. Analyze what is being delivered and its impact
Skills & Requirements:
1. Challenge seekers with lofty ambitions, and the drive for achieving more
2. Jack of all trades who will be doing a little bit of everything - be prepared to juggle well between tasks
