Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations: Manage the end-to-end e-commerce process, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
• Assist in Digital Signage Projects: Support the planning, execution, and maintenance of digital signage installations across various locations.
• Content Management: Coordinate with the content team to update and manage digital signage content, ensuring it aligns with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for digital signage systems and liaise with technical teams to resolve any issues.
