Notes: This is a self-employed position.
It is an administrative management role and involves:
Liaising with solicitors and or lay clients regarding instructions and fees
Overseeing the progress of some important and complex Litigation cases
Recording fees received and chasing up fees outstanding
Answering the telephone and diary managing the barrister’s diaries
Greeting clients
General office management
General Requirements:
Friendly, empathetic and well-spoken
Punctual and hard working
Basic knowledge of Civil and Criminal Law and legal practice
Fast typing and good command of general software, for example, Word and Excel
Tidy and well-organised
Salary: £40,000 plus per annum
