WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a detail and results-oriented Junior QA Analyst to join our team. As the Junior QA Analyst, you will be working on the Games Portfolio Management team to implement new games with our customers. This includes maintaining the game roadmap with the customer, managing current game portfolio and implementing new games.


Perform QA of games in UAT and Production environments
Coordinate issue resolutions via Jira
Perform functionality testing on games and campaign setups for multiple accounts
Review and verify game requirements
Assist with preparing the games roadmap for existing vendors in conjunction with the Games Team Lead.
Assist games portfolio managers with various tasks
Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

BA/BS Business, computer science, or equivalent experience
Responsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, independent, able to learn quickly, multi-tasking, great interpersonal skills, team player
Casino gaming experience preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Must be self-motivated and take on tasks without direction and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience in automation is preferred
Some travel required
Must be available to work during the bulk of EST business hours. May need to adjust schedule periodically to accommodate clients and partners in other time zones.
This position is remote and can reside in Canada or US.
