What we are looking for...
• Passion for everything automotive, specifically luxury European vehicles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with confident negotiation ability
• Proficient with technology and business applications
• Self-motivated, reliable and accountable – you take initiative and follow through
• Drive to generate your own leads and maintain an active, professional social media presence
• Willingness to learn, follow processes and receive coaching
• Prior sales experience (D2D, cellular, retail, etc.) is considered an asset
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-expectation environment
• Valid Canadian driver’s licence, clean driver’s abstract, and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Valid BC MVSA Licence is considered an asset
What your daily routine looks like...
• Generate and manage your own leads through social media and other prospecting methods (Instagram, Facebook, Networking, Referrals etc.)
• Maintain a consistent schedule of daily sales appointments, ensuring each day is structured to drive results
• Collaborate with senior sales staff and management to set and execute structured daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans and performance targets
• Engage with clients professionally in person, by phone, text and email
• Support vehicle presentations, test drives, and deliveries to ensure a premium client experience
• Consistently follow up with new and existing clients to maintain relationships and advance the sales process
• Assist senior sales staff with deal flow, documentation, and client coordination
• Maintain showroom and lot presentation to luxury standards
• Professional use of social media to strengthen brand presence and generate interest in inventory
• Work efficiently within a structured process, adhering to dealership procedures and expectations
