About the Role
We're looking for a hungry, articulate, and bilingual (English + Hindi) Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team at EmptyCup.
You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers: prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking demos with our leadership team.
What You'll Do
Engage inbound and outbound leads, coordinate discovery calls, and keep follow-ups prompt
Handle paperwork formalities, collect feedback, and keep CRM/pipeline numbers up to date
Shadow senior sales presentations to learn the pitch; once you master it, you'll own client presentations and close deals end-to-end
What We Expect
Excellent spoken and written English + Hindi
Strong organisational chops; comfortable managing work in Excel
MBA (freshers welcome) or 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
Remote work discipline: Prompt availability during working hours
Silent distraction-free personal room for work
Personal laptop in good condition
