Key responsibilities:
1. Online Reputation Management: Continuously monitor online mentions, reviews, and comments about our brand, products, and services across various online platforms, including social media review websites, forums, and blogs.
2. Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, e mail marketing campaigns, video and blogs.
3. YouTube management: upload daily reels on YouTube as shorts or videos. Write content for YouTube caption and Description
4. Optimise content for SEO: Tracking and Monitoring of DM and Comments
