About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Handling all the social media handles
2. Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence
3. Facilitating scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
4. Creating actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
5. Monitoring the client's/company's brand on social media
6. Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
7. Managing online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
8. Responding to comments on each of the accounts
+. Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
10. Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices
Who can apply:
1. Experience developing social media strategies
2. Experience working with and developing a marketing plan
3. Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
4. Proven ability to build social media communities
5. Understanding of graphic design principles
6. Experience as a brand manager on social media
7. Ability to measure the success of campaigns
8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field
+. 1-3 years of social media management experience
10. Professional certification in Google Analytics is strongly preferred
11. Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
12. Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater to unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
