Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Thinking
Ability to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Understanding of audience segmentation and platform-specific content.
Experience with campaign planning (organic & paid).
• Content Creation
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills (captions, posts, bios).
Visual content sense (basic design aesthetics).
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, Stories) are a plus.
• Analytics & Reporting
Proficiency with platform analytics (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
Ability to measure KPIs: engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, etc.
Experience creating monthly/weekly performance reports.
• Platform Expertise
Deep knowledge of all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, etc.
Understanding of platform algorithms, best practices, and trends.
• Community Management
Skill in engaging with followers, responding to DMs/comments.
Handling customer complaints diplomatically.
Building and maintaining a brand voice and tone.
• Paid Advertising (Optional but Valuable)
Experience running and optimizing paid campaigns.
Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Organization & Planning
Editorial calendar creation and scheduling.
Use of tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social.
Strong project management and time management skills.
• Collaboration & Communication
Coordinating with design, content, and marketing teams.
Communicating with influencers or third-party vendors.
Clear internal reporting and status updates.
