About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Developing engaging social media strategies
2. Managing social media platforms of the organization
3. Scheduling social media posts
4 Engaging followers with regular company updates
5. Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention
6. Overseeing Social Media teamwork
7. Responding to the comments on social media on time
8. Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising
+. Monitoring social media metrics and ROI
10. Analyzing social media trends
11. Assisting the HR department with hiring and training new employees
12. Preparing social media engagement and activities reports
13. Optimizing social media content effectively
14. Coordinating with Graphic Designer and other team members
15. Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals
Who can apply:
1. Bachelor's degree in mass communication, marketing, or a related field
2. Proven work experience as a social media analyst, social media strategist, social media executive, or a similar position
3. Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs
4. Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy
5. Sound knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and others
6. Exceptional team management skills
7. Outstanding proofreading and editing skills
8. Strong oral and written communication skills
+. Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required
10. Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising
11. Ability to write catchy content
12. Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them
13. In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes
