Job Description
- Extensive coordination and scheduling of internal / external meetings and conference , office events
- Provides logistics support for all board meetings, events, inductions, and all other business events.
- Travel booking – Air/Road
- Help in maintaining Admin records – MIS
- Oversees the housekeeping staff at the Office facilities
- Oversees purchasing of toiletries, courier vendors, tea, utensils, and staff welfare activities engagement events.
- Helps in the budget preparation of the Administration department by providing expense estimates of travel, accommodation, event logistics, staff meetings, principal meetings, insurances, stationary, telephones, staff welfare expenses, tax payments, books and periodicals, electrical and maintenance costs.
- Other admin jobs as and when required
