Job Description
· Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most business for the company.
· Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
· Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines/targets for the fulfillment of each client’s long-term goals.
· Proven experience as key accounts manager, and sales professional who is maniacally focused on acquiring customers and making them successful.
· Set up meetings virtually for the presentation of company’s services and close the deals including commercials.
· Developing a thorough understanding of key accounts’ needs and requirements and accordingly providing solutions.
· Ensure 100% retention of existing clients.
Skills and Requirements:-
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
· Good knowledge of MS office.
· The ability to handle multiple key clients/new prospects and build rapport with them.
· Strong negotiation and leadership skills
· Proactive and well organized.

· Experience required 1-2 years
