Founded in 2015, with a vision to “Impact lives enabling a connected world”, Dozee is a pioneer in the field of contactless, continuous, remote patient monitoring. Dozee automates the monitoring of vitals in non-ICU beds like HDUs, Step-down ICUs and wards. Dozee has made healthcare as easy as sleeping on the bed by making healthcare more accessible and actionable. It is India's only contactless health monitor that silently tracks your heart, respiration, sleep patterns, stress levels, cardiac contractions, apnea and more while you sleep. Its AI algorithms enable early detection of any health deterioration, to save lives in time.
Co-founded by Mudit Dandwate (IIT Bombay) and Gaurav Parchani (IIT Indore) in 2015, Dozee makes use of AI-powered ballistocardiography (BCG) to capture vibrations from the human body and translate it into insightful vital biomarkers. It monitors vital parameters such as Heart
Rate(HR), Respiration Rate(RR), Blood Pressure, Heart Rate Variability, Sleep and Sleep Apnea; accuracy for HR and RR is +8.4%.
Dozee aims to provide Connected Health in Every Bed with continuous monitoring of vitals, Early Warning System and patient triaging. Dozee has upgraded over 7500 beds in 300+ hospitals across India monitoring 125K+ patients and saving 200K+ nursing hours. Dozee follows global standards in patient safety, data privacy and cloud security with IEC 60601-1/1-2, ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 27001:2013.

What will your roles and responsibilities be?
● Lead a team of executives in your region to drive technology adoption in hospital as well as home settings
● Achieve additional business through upselling/cross-selling Dozee solution
● Understanding hospital’s workflow and fitting Dozee solution in it
● Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc for nurses, doctors and patients
● Develop strong relationships and brand recall with customers
● Setup right process in their regions for enabling remote patient monitoring at home
● Resolve operations escalations in hospitals, with the help of operations executive
● Create opportunities for brand marketing and presence in hospitals
● Ensure payments are done on time by partner hospitals
● Regularly update the management and sales team on device usage
What are the key requirements for the role?
● 2+ years experience in sales/operations
● Should have good communication, presentation and public speaking skills
● Should possess business acumen and should be results oriented
● Should be willing to travel to hospitals extensively, incl. visiting Covid affected hospitals
● Should be great at building and managing client relationships
● Should have prior experience of leading a team
Additional good-to-have(s)
● Prior experience of managing medical devices or healthcare solutions, is a plus
