Job Summary:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients. The KAM ensures that these key accounts are satisfied with the company's services, addressing their needs proactively, and driving growth within these accounts. The role requires a deep understanding of the client's business, a strategic approach to account management, and the ability to drive long-term relationships that are mutually beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and key clients.
• Understand the client's business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of the company’s solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Client Satisfaction & Retention:
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns.
• Implement strategies to retain key accounts and minimize client churn.
• Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss performance metrics, feedback, and future needs.
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, customer service, marketing) to meet client needs.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful delivery of products/services to key clients.
• Provide feedback from clients to the product development team for continuous improvement.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Track and report key metrics related to account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Analyze account data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present reports on account status, forecasts, and business reviews to management.
Key Requirements:
• Education:
• Any Bachelor’s degree
• Experience:
0-1 Year
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
• Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
