Description
• Coordination with various stakeholders to ensure smooth movement of the product/services to Adani Super App. Ensure digital sales initiatives inline with the Business Strategy.
• Liaison & discuss with stakeholder to define the customer journey in the App. Ensure similar representation in the App as per the vision.
• Ensure Onboarding of the product/services on the Super App Platform
• Revenue Leakage Control: Ensure revenue leakage is checked & controlled as per targets maximizing income.
• EPOS Implementation: Ensure all the outlets are on closed EPOS network as per target.
• MIS & Analytics: Analyze and publish daily, weekly, monthly MIS highlighting KPI’s (Sales, Income, SPP, IPP, ATV etc.) for informed decision making.
