Job Description:

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for digital innovation and client success? We’re looking for an experience Key Account Manager to manage and grow Cotality’s NSW metro real estate portfolio, driving adoption of cutting-edge digital solutions and delivering measurable business outcomes.

In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution—building strong relationships, activating new solutions, and influencing decisions with insights that matter. You’ll work autonomously while collaborating across teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

What You’ll Be Doing
Own and grow the NSW metro SME customer portfolio.
Present Cotality’s digital solutions to drive portfolio growth and new sales.
Activate new listing portal solutions with clients.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement through a structured operating rhythm.
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with state objectives.
Lead key account strategies and negotiate deals with major clients and partners.
Provide regular sales reporting, including performance vs. budget and corrective actions.
Gather and share market intelligence to inform product and sales strategies.
Influence decisions with insights that matter.
Job Qualifications:

What You’ll Bring

Essential:

Proven hunter mentality with 3+ years of B2B digital sales experience.
Strong understanding of CRMs, data platforms, and digital listing ecosystems.
Expertise in strategic sales planning and execution.
Ability to manage senior-level customer relationships and influence decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a solution-selling mindset.
Commercial acumen to balance client and business priorities.
Ability to work autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel across the NSW metro region as required.
Preferred:

Experience in the real estate industry.
Knowledge of Cotality’s core markets: real estate, construction, and finance.
