Job Purpose
The role of Resource - Apparel Sales will be responsible for managing third party e-commerce channel business operation
Key Responsibilities
• Manage relationship with external and internal stakeholders
• Driving the topline sales performance of the e-commerce platform
• Ensure listing of products at all third party e-commerce website with A+ Content
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Develop the merchandising strategy and deck to ensure the website is well merchandised according to company directives and standards
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
• Identify promotional opportunities and develop promotional calendars
• Understanding of e-commerce Omni channel operation through Unicommerce
• Account Reconciliation for the ecommerce Marketplace channel partners
Work Experience
Education
Bachelor degree (Full Time) – Sales / Marketing
Experience
5+ years of experience in Ecommerce Retail sales and Channel development
