With breathtaking views and deep roots in the heart of Katoomba, we’re setting the stage for a standout fine dining experience for hotel guests and the public alike. Our goal? To establish a Relais & Châteaux-inspired destination that celebrates incredible food, outstanding service, and passionate people — and it all starts with the right team.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Hand, you’ll be a key support in our back-of-house operations. Your role helps keep the kitchen running smoothly — from sparkling clean plates to equipment ready for service — so that our chefs can shine and our guests can enjoy a seamless dining experience.
