Lab Operations Specialist
The Sr. Clinical Lab Scientist Specialist will work closely with our team to ensure efficient laboratory operations and maintain high standards of quality. This includes performing quality control procedures, calibrating equipment, and validating new methods.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures.
Train and mentor junior staff members.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Assist with budget planning and management.
Requirements:

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification.
