Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the state of Florida
A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience with a focus on labor and employment law
Proven experience as a 1st chair attorney, including significant trial experience
In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and advise clients accordingly
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of labor and employment matters, including providing advice and counsel to clients, representing clients in disputes, and handling labor negotiations
