A highly regarded Top 150 AM law firm is seeking a third-year law student (3L) to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group in Los Angeles as an Associate starting Fall 2026, following graduation and bar admission.
This is an excellent opportunity for a future associate to gain early exposure to a broad range of employment law matters, including both litigation and counseling, within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
The role offers hands-on experience across workplace disputes, making it ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in Labor & Employment law at a well-established national platform.
Responsibilities
• Assist with a variety of labor & employment matters, including:
• Single-plaintiff employment claims
• Wage-and-hour disputes
• General workplace litigation
• Support employment litigation and counseling matters
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and other documents
• Assist with case preparation, strategy, and client support
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Qualifications
• Current third-year law student (3L) graduating in 2026
• Strong demonstrated interest in Labor & Employment law
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must intend to sit for the California Bar Exam
• Must be eligible to obtain admission to the California Bar
