Qualifications
In short, we are looking for candidates with experience and competency in labor and employment law and litigation (including in federal court)
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Labor & Employment Law Attorney
Admission to the state bar and in good standing
Proven experience conducting legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice and counsel to clients

Responsibilities
Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
Conducting extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development
Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs
Providing comprehensive legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of labor and employment law issues
Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
Staying updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide the most effective legal advice and representation
Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management
Participating in business development activities, such as networking events and client meetings, to build and maintain a strong client base

What you will be doing
• Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
