Qualifications
Active California State Bar membership
5+ years of experience handling employment litigation in California, including
Wage and hour class, collective, or PAGA actions
Substantial experience in employment litigation in California, specifically in
Discrimination
Harassment
Retaliation
Leave interference claims
(Preferably representing management)
Experience handling charges before the EEOC and similar state or local agencies
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously to meet client demands
Excellent research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, including public speaking

• Evaluate claims
• Handle mediation processes

• Work with senior attorneys to counsel HR professionals and business executives on employment law compliance
• Provide strategic advice to avoid and resolve employment disputes
