Proven ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and company information, with a consistent track record of maintaining privacy and confidentiality

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal, HR, compliance, and business partners across regions, cultures, and time zones

High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, well-organized, and reliable work product in a dynamic environment

Strong organizational skills, independence, and adaptability, with the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting multiple attorneys and global matters that may span time zones
