Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Labor Law Attorney position should possess the following qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Minnesota Bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in labor law, with a focus on union representation.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
