Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Land Development PE role located in Houston, TX. The role involves engineering design, analysis, and implementation for land development projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Activities include site evaluation, project management, and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The Land Development PE will oversee the preparation of construction plans, review project specifications, and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess project requirements, solve problems, and optimize solutions
• Exceptional Communication skills for collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Experience or knowledge in Software Development and Programming related to engineering applications
• Ability to engage in Sales and business development to support client relationships and grow the business
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification required
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency with engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related software is highly preferred
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations in land development
